RYAN FLINT, SIOR

President & Chief Executive Officer​

Ryan Flint, SIOR, is a respected businessman, advisor, and friend. He is President and Chief Executive Officer of Element Commercial Brokers. With nearly two decades of experience, Mr. Flint has brokered some of the most complex and high-value commercial real estate transactions across local, regional, and national markets. Mr. Flint is an SIOR designee — a designation held by only the most elite and top producing commercial real estate professionals globally recognized for their proven performance, expertise, and ethics. The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) is the highest professional designation in commercial real estate, earned by those who consistently deliver excellence and uphold the highest standards of service and integrity.

Widely known as “The Lifestyle Broker" because of His background in sports, His love for fashion and fitness, and the way He has mentored and coached hundreds of entrepreneurs to better their lives, starting with living a healthy lifestyle from the inside out. Mr. Flint is one of the most recognized names in industry. He’s built brokerage teams, formed strategic partnerships, made personal real estate investments, and been a motivational speaker on many stages across the country. Mr. Flint is highly selective about the clients he represents, focusing on long-term relationships, measurable results, and helping companies grow through strategic real estate planning and advisory. His relationships are his ultimate superpower and if you know Mr. Flint well, you understand the power of his network.

Before launching Element Commercial Brokers, Mr. Flint served as President of Colliers International Utah, Principal at Mountain West Commercial Real Estate and President and Chief Executive Officer at HG Manor Real Estate. His consistent commitment to service, excellence, and people has earned him national recognition, including multiple Broker of the Year awards from CCIM, Utah Business’ 40 Under 40, and features in top-tier business publications.

In 2021, Mr. Flint stepped away from the corporate world to fully align his business and life with his core values—faith, family, freedom, and legacy all while continuing to enjoy His love for real estate and helping people. Today, he thrives at the intersection of leadership, entrepreneurship, and impact. As a speaker, coach and podcast host, he teaches on real estate, mindset, personal branding, and building a powerful life and business from the inside out.​
 
Mr. Flint resides in Utah with his beautiful family. They love traveling, attend sporting events, boating, traveling, and everything Utah has to offer. He is passionate about helping grow his community and over the years, he has supported his hometown student athletic programs, providing opportunities to thousands of students athletes. 

KORBIN DERR

Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer at Element Commercial, Korbin Derr leads the firm’s operational strategy with a focus on efficiency, innovation, and client service. With a degree in Information Systems Management and expertise in data analytics and data science, Korbin has built and implemented proprietary systems that streamline internal processes, automate workflows, and improve the overall client experience. His ability to structure and scale operations allows Element Commercial to be both highly effective and deeply attentive, operating with greater speed and precision, giving the team more time and energy to focus on what matters most—serving clients.

Prior to building Element Commercial Brokers, Korbin gained experience at a leading commercial real estate brokerage, where he developed a strong foundation in enhancing client representation. In parallel, he actively owns and invests in residential real estate, in both renovations and management, that deepened his understanding of investment strategy and property operations. These experiences sparked a lasting passion for commercial real estate. Earlier, he spent four years in B2C sales in the solar industry, where he trained and led top-performing teams while receiving accolades among the highest producers—driven by his ability to build trust, and manage clients' sales cycles effectively. He is passionate about leadership, mentoring, and team development. Korbin has served a two-year mission in Sweden for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and feels strengthened by and grateful for his faith. He has led humanitarian efforts in Belize through HXP. Outside of work, he enjoys playing golf, dirt biking, and continuously seeking ways to grow both personally and professionally.​​
